Implementing & Supporting Windows XP Professional Course Outline
Windows XP Professional Installation and Administration is the primary course you will need to take if your job responsibilities include the support of Windows XP Professional computers. It is also the first course of study in the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) program. In this course, you’ll build on your background knowledge of Windows operating systems as you acquire the specific skills required to install, administer, and support Windows XP Professional desktop computers in a workgroup or domain environment. You will support Windows XP Professional desktop computers in a business network.

This course is designed for information technology professionals who have end-user experience with Windows operating systems and networks, and who will be responsible for installing, configuring, and administering Windows XP Professional workstations and supporting Windows XP users on an established network, either in workgroups or in Windows domains.

To ensure your success, we recommend you first take the following PTR courses or have equivalent knowledge:

Windows XP Introduction and either Windows 2000 Network and Operating Systems Essentials or A+ Certification Operating Systems

This training course is provided by PTR Associates.
